These are teachers and classes that may be more likely than others to be gentle and accommodate physical limitations and pain.  I do not have direct experience or recommendations on all these to know for sure.  Therefore, if you go to any of these teachers and classes, I advise you to:

-Communicate with the teacher about your challenges prior to class.

-Hold a boundary between you and the instructions. That is, don’t automatically do what you are told.  Listen to your body, adjust the instructions to suit you.  Move slowly and mindfully.
