To register for the FINER virtual pain program, please schedule a FINER consultation with one of our Mass General Brigham-affiliated physicians below.

You will continue to receive care from your primary pain physician/ team, but Dr. Kurz and Dr. Sarno will collaborate in your care through the FINER program.
The program requires access to Epic-integrated Zoom virtual visits.

Please note – There is limited space in the formal FINER program (which includes the Tuesday smaller group interdisciplinary sessions), but all are welcome to join the free virtual community sessions on Fridays. Please see calendar for the list of Friday sessions.
Please make sure you have access to a secure, reliable internet connection (full bandwidth) and register in advance to make sure you can log on correctly. If you missed an educational workshop that you registered for, you may access the live stream recording on request. Educational workshops will be recorded by the FINER program director for educational purposes only; all material is subject to copyright.
Reminders will be sent via email for upcoming appointments and classes.
Please keep an open mind. You may be asked to engage, participate, and exercise some new mind body and pain psychology skills that will be taught during the class.
